If you need BookMaster Gothic PFM/PFA/PFB font files in order to process the PDFs on this system, you need this file here: bookfnt.tar

You then need to drop these into /usr/local/share/ghostscript/fonts then edit /usr/local/share/ghostscript//Resource/Init/Fontmap.GS:
